A global failure in the internet has affected the web pages of numerous sites this Tuesday morning. Spaces such as Twitch, New York Times, Financial Times, Amazon or Reddit do not allow access to its interior. In the event that any user tries, the pages display an error message citing Fastly, a content distribution network.

According to Fastly, the error is causing problems throughout the world. The failure was detected by the company, which offers content distribution services to the pages that have suffered the fall, at 11:58 a.m. Spanish time, according to the company’s website. Just a few minutes ago, at 12:44, the company announced that it had discovered the failure and is working to resolve it.
