Anne Hathaway was spotted at the Cannes Film Festival on Friday, May 20, for another moment – this time in Gucci. Wearing a blue and black retro miniskirt from the Italian luxury fashion house, the actor took part in the “Armageddon Time” photography call. The Gucci design is complemented by a light blue leather cone bra attached to a black sequined skirt and with cross straps attached to the back of the bow tie. He finished his look with a pair of golden and bone cat eye sunglasses, which he eventually took to photograph.
The “WeCrashed” star, stylized by Erin Walsh, adorned the fashion-inspired dress with a pair of six-inch silver heels with small bow decorations on the front. As Bvlgari’s new face, Hathaway displayed a diamond-plated watch and a pair of similar diamond earrings from the jeweler. When designed with an umbrella, the collection is reminiscent of the leather dress that Hathaway wore as Andy Sachs, his iconic character from the 2006 comedy “The Devil Wears Prada,” while on a date in Paris.
On Thursday, May 19, the actor wore a custom Armani Prio ball gown adorned with white sequins on the red carpet, accompanied by his wife, Adam Schulman. It looked royal with silver heeled shoes and Bvlgari jewelery, including the River River Mediterranean Necklace with a 100,000-carat sapphire, which she wore with what Kate Winslet wore as the Rose on the 1997 Titanic, Oce theanart.
