San Francisco took the top spot in the poll. Interviewees cited the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the Californian city as the reason, characterized by numerous cultural influences. A trip to Chinatown is a must for dining and a visit to the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman’s Wharf for sightseeing and photography.

Bangkok

The Thai capital came second in the flight attendant poll, calling it “overwhelming” and stimulating all the senses. Another argument: “There is no time difference.” This is obviously a good thing for professional frequent flyers, and theoretically it also makes it possible to not only vacation in a dream destination, but also work remotely.

Nowhere does grilled meat taste so good, which by the way is typically served with a chorizo. However, Bogotá is quite dangerous, which even the flight attendant is aware of. However: “I still like it, instinctively.” Above all, Bogota’s thriving street art scene is still a boon.
