Can you just complain about a tattoo?
As a rule, customers have to fill out a data protection declaration and a declaration of consent before the tattoo artist can prick the first needle. These explanations not only inform the client, but also protect the tattoo artist if the result leads to any discrepancies. If you are not sufficiently informed about the consequences or possible complications before a tattoo appointment, you should change studios. While the consent form makes it difficult to claim a tattoo, it’s ultimately there for your protection.
