In our iX laboratory Efficient IT security for small and medium-sized businesses Over the course of two mornings you will receive useful approaches for cost-effective protection and learn about practical solutions and strategies, specifically tailored to the needs of SMEs.

Based on the current threat situation in the IT sector, our security experts will explain to you what concrete measures you can take to protect your company. You will learn how to take effective measures to improve your IT security and minimize risks, even with limited resources. In addition to basic activities, best practices and typical pitfalls, practical steps for project planning are also presented.
This introductory workshop focuses on a general overview of relevant topics and technologies. The discussions serve to illustrate the contents and you have the opportunity to actively participate and ask questions. The trainers of this course are security experts from secuvera GmbH: Ann-Kathrin Udvary – senior IT security consultant and Viktor Rechel – senior IT security consultant.
The workshop is aimed at companies with 10 to 1,000 employees that do not have or only have a rudimentary information security management system (ISMS). It doesn’t matter whether you carry out your IT administration yourself or have outsourced it to an IT service provider. It serves as an introduction to the topic of information and information security and is therefore primarily aimed at those who are responsible for the business risks, strategy and/or administration of their company.
