The Government of Pedro Sánchez is already beginning to think about the General State Budgets for 2022. Just a week ago the Ministry of Finance put the machinery into operation. Although, for the moment, no trace of plans to return to fiscal orthodoxy in the medium term, as demanded by institutions such as the Bank of Spain and the Fiscal Authority (Airef). The expansion of spending will continue to dominate the accounts of the following year, with no signs of cutting off the tap.
