Apuntes del natural ‘(Alfaguara), the book that Julio Llamazares he wrote during his three months of confinement, from March to June, from that “escape” of March 13, in a rural house of his in-laws located fourteen kilometers from Trujillo (Cáceres), in the Sierra de los Lagares. It is a vacation home that is usually rented by families or groups of friends and that suddenly, in the writer’s eyes, became “a refuge that we thought was safer from what might come.”
