The diet that can reduce migraine headaches

A diet rich in fish with omega 3 fat can help people who suffer from frequent migraines to reduce the number of monthly episodes of headaches and the intensity of the discomfort compared to those who eat a diet higher in fats and vegetable oils, according to a new study published in “The BMJ.”

This research, conducted by a team of researchers from the National Institute on Aging (NIA) and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), part of the National Institutes of Health; and the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill, recruited 182 adults with frequent migraines and expanded on previous work
