They create the first genetic atlas of immune diseases

The new genetic database of autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases, the first of its kind, created by a group of researchers from Japan will allow a better and greater understanding of how immune disorders originate and develop in addition to planning future discovery projects of drugs.

Scientists at the University of Tokyo hope that this atlas of immunity-related genome data can be applied to investigations of infectious diseases such as Covid-19.
