Cashmere is one of the most appreciated natural fibers of all. With these basics you will definitely not be cold in winter 2024.
The older I get, the more the attraction increases: cashmere has conquered my fashion heart. No synthetic fiber garment in the world could replace the warmth and softness of knitwear on the skin. So my fashion mission for 2024 is clear: replace, piece by piece, worn-out basics with high-quality cashmere pieces. Not only do I want to invest in more natural fibers in my wardrobe, but also in less washing. Why: Cashmere is practically self-cleaning. If you haven’t sweated a lot, just hang pieces of noble fiber on the balcony to air them or freeze them for 24 hours to kill bacteria. The only exception is underwear, which must always be washed. Many labels now offer mixtures of materials or particular processes that allow you to wash clothes regularly without causing damage.
Feeling good about your body has a deserved price, which is why I like to turn a blind eye to wool blends. Fortunately, the high-quality feeling also exists with these labels On a limited budget.

Calzedonia
Cold feet increase the risk of catching a cold. The reason: If your feet freeze, irritation occurs that inhibits blood flow to the respiratory mucosa. If this seems too medical to you, the conclusion is simpler: it makes sense to invest in good socks. The cashmere content in Calzedonia socks supports heat regulation particularly well. They can also be used to wear ballet flats, Mary Janes, etc. with single-digit temperatures – in line with Librariancore.
Aubade
Almost too good for home: Aubade recently launched its “Night Crush” homewear collection of tops, bottoms and dresses with cashmere content. The warming pieces function as comfortable basics for the home and can also be worn practically in everyday life thanks to the low back. Two in one makes particular sense here thanks to the quality of the cashmere.
Very intimate
“Don’t go to Intimissimi, run!” is the tone on TikTok right now. Why all this uproar? The Italian underwear brand offers a long-sleeved shirt made of a modal-cashmere blend. In the boat neck or turtleneck version, the top is establishing itself as an absolute favourite. With a price of less than 40 euros, the top convinces with its accessible and luxurious feel on the skin – and not just underneath. So much so that I’m even wearing the dark brown version in my signature photo.
Article M6
